- Providing the best quality service to the ship owners by providing experienced indonesian seafarer, wise and/or requirement determined by the ship owner through seafarer selection procedures.
- Becoming a place and home for indonesian seafarer who want to work on domestic and foreign going vessel operated by the ship owners.
- Improving the quality of indonesian seafarer by participating in internal and external training.
